What Your Nights Will Look Like
You’ll be the heartbeat of the hostel from sunset to sunrise. Your role is a mix of high-level hospitality and sharp financial auditing:
The Hub: Manage check-ins, check-outs, and guest enquiries with a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude.
The Audit: Take charge of the daily financial "reset," processing balances, auditing transactions, and ensuring our reporting is spot-on.
The Experience: From handling luggage for departing groups to managing emergency responses, you are the face of 790 after hours.
The Tech: Use MEWS (our property management system) to maintain guest history and manage reservations.

What You Bring to the Desk
Night Shift Experience: You’ve done the late-night dance before (1+ years preferred) and know how to stay sharp.
Tech Savvy: Previous experience with MEWS is a massive plus. If not MEWS, you should be a quick learner with Front Office Systems.
Attention to Detail: You can spot a transaction error from a mile away and take pride in accurate reporting.
Reliability: You’re a "superhuman" when it comes to being on time and handling things solo.
Communication: You’re a pro at de-escalating situations and making international travelers feel at home.
