Early Childhood Educator – Certificate III Traineeship

We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Certificate III Trainee Educator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive early learning environment while completing your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
No previous childcare experience is required. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, a genuine love for working with children, and a willingness to learn and grow.
About the Role
As a Certificate III Trainee Educator, you will work alongside experienced educators while completing your nationally recognised qualification.
You will be supported to develop your knowledge and practical skills while becoming a valued member of our team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building warm, positive and respectful relationships with children and families
- Supporting educators in providing engaging learning experiences and environments
- Assisting with children's daily routines, including meals, rest, hygiene and transitions
- Supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing through play-based experiences
- Learning how to observe and contribute to children's educational programs
- Maintaining safe, clean and welcoming learning environments
- Working collaboratively with educators and the wider team
- Developing an understanding of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework and service policies and procedures
- Participating in training, professional development and team meetings
- Completing the study and workplace requirements of your Certificate III traineeship

Requirements
The successful applicant will be required to:
- Hold or be willing to obtain a valid Working With Children Check
- Meet the eligibility requirements for a Certificate III traineeship
- Be willing to complete all required training and assessments
- Demonstrate a commitment to child safety and maintaining a Child Safe environment
- Have a genuine interest in Early Childhood Education and Care
