The Position
This is initially a casual position, with the opportunity to progress into a full-time role for the right person.

Our workday starts and finishes at our Bridgeman Downs yard. Importantly, you are paid from the time you arrive at the yard in the morning until you return to the yard at the end of the day.
What We Offer
- $34–$41 per hour starting rate, depending on experience, skills and capability
- Above award wages, with pay assessed based on performance and responsibility

Your work will be varied across our landscape and garden maintenance portfolio, including:
- Garden maintenance
- Lawn mowing & edging
- Hedging & pruning
- Plant identification & care
- Garden rejuvenations
- Weed management
- Mulching & planting
- Turf maintenance
- Irrigation repairs
- Working safely and professionally across commercial sites and childcare centres
We’re looking for someone who can look at a property, understand what needs to be done and take pride in leaving it looking better than when they arrived.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Holds a Certificate III in Horticulture OR has solid, proven experience within the landscape gardening/horticulture industry
- Holds a current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or can obtain one before commencing
- Holds a current Australian Driver Licence
- Takes genuine pride in producing quality work
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Can work confidently both independently and as part of a team
- Is reliable and communicates well
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Takes ownership of their responsibilities
- Treats clients, properties and teammates with respect
- Is motivated to learn, improve and contribute to the business
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience or qualifications in any of the following would be highly regarded:
- Artificial turf maintenance, repair or installation
- Chemical Accreditation (ACDC)
- Chainsaw qualifications
- Irrigation experience
- Landscape construction experience
