We're not looking for someone to simply turn up, teach a class and head home.
We're looking for a teammate.
RESET is growing, and we're looking for the right people to grow with us. There are multiple opportunities for instructors to teach within the studio, as well as get involved in community programs, events and projects outside the studio.
We're looking for someone who:
✔ Is qualified in Reformer Pilates - essential
✔ Has full Pilates equipment training - highly regarded
✔ Experience is great, but not essential for the right person
✔ Is curious, coachable and genuinely wants to keep learning
✔ Wants to develop their skills and build a rewarding career
✔ Loves working with people and building genuine relationships
✔ Has an interest in women's health, movement, strength and wellbeing
✔ Understands that our clients are people, not numbers
✔ Learns names, notices progress and takes an interest in each person's journey
✔ Supports other instructors and contributes to a positive team culture
THIS IS MORE THAN TEACHING CLASSES
We're a small team with big plans.
You'll have opportunities to develop your skills, learn from experienced instructors, work with different client needs and be involved in projects beyond the timetable.
As we grow, opportunities may include:
Studio classes | Private sessions | Small groups | Community programs | School programs | Outdoor sessions | Events & workshops | Special projects
We don't expect you to know everything. We want someone who wants to learn.
What matters most is your attitude, your care for people and your willingness to become better at what you do.
Our clients are incredibly important to us. They're not just another body on a reformer or another name on a booking list.
