Osso is looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Hand to join our growing team. You'll play an important role in keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and running efficiently while assisting the chefs during busy service periods.
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organised dishwashing station.
- Ensure all kitchen items are cleaned and sanitised according to hygiene standards.
- Assist with general kitchen cleaning and waste disposal.
- Restock clean dishes, utensils, and equipment in designated areas.
- Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods.
- Keep floors and work areas clean and safe.
- Follow workplace health, safety, and food hygiene procedures.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Help with basic kitchen preparation tasks when required.
Pay: $32.00 – $34.00 per hour
