We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Leader to lead our team, oversee daily operations, and ensure that our customers receive the highest quality of service. Store Leader Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the café, including staff management, ordering, and delegation of tasks.
- Lead by example by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all team members deliver a friendly and efficient experience.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure the café is fully stocked at all times.
- Train, mentor, and develop staff members to maintain high standards of service.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to drive business growth.
- Report on daily sales, staff performance, and operational issues to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Café Manager, Assistant Manager, or in a similar hospitality Management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming and positive environment.
- Experience in inventory management, ordering, and supplier relations.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- At least 2 years of Barista experience, with the ability to train staff and ensure quality control.
- Availability to work Monday – Friday, shifts ranging from 6.30am – 4.30pm.
