As a Project Manager, you will lead the safe and successful delivery of capital projects that support network growth, decarbonisation and grid modernisation across Endeavour Energy's distribution network.
Working across the full project lifecycle, you will manage scope, schedule, cost, risk and stakeholder outcomes while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in compliance with regulatory, environmental and governance requirements.
This role operates in a delivery partner environment and requires a strong focus on contractor performance, commercial management and the successful delivery of projects through external partners.

Lead the end-to-end delivery of capital projects across the full project lifecycle.

Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, risks and delivery plans.

Manage contractor and delivery partner performance to achieve safety, quality, cost and schedule objectives.

Oversee contractual and commercial aspects of project delivery, including governance, variation management and value-for-money outcomes.

Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where required.

Identify and manage project risks, issues and opportunities.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory and corporate requirements.

Drive continuous improvement and optimise resource utilisation across projects.
You are an experienced Project Manager with strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to deliver infrastructure, construction or utilities projects through contractors and delivery partners. You build strong stakeholder relationships, make sound decisions and successfully manage competing priorities in a complex operational environment.

More than 5 years' experience in a Project Management role within the Construction, Energy, Electrical or Utilities sectors.

Demonstrated experience delivering capital or infrastructure projects through the full project lifecycle.

Proven commercial acumen with experience managing contractors and delivery partners under formal contractual arrangements.

Demonstrated experience in contract administration, commercial governance, variation management, contractor performance management and achieving value-for-money outcomes.

Strong project planning, scheduling, budgeting and risk management capability.
