About the Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll play an important role in empowering people living with disability to live independently, build confidence, and enjoy meaningful lives.
Your day could include:
- Community access and social outings
- Assisting with daily living and personal routines
- Supporting participants to achieve their NDIS goals
- Household tasks and meal preparation
- Transport to appointments and activities
- Encouraging independence, confidence and skill development
- Creating genuine friendships while making a positive impact every day

What We’re Looking For
- A caring, positive and reliable attitude
- Great communication and people skills
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Reliable, insured vehicle
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Working With Children Check (Blue Card) if required
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to complete)

Job Types: Casual
Travel: $1.00 per/km Travelled while working with clients
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week to start with potential for more hours ongoing.
