Ready to lead with purpose, bring energy to every day, and make a real difference in the Wagga Wagga/Albury community?
What I Will Be Doing
As the Community Coordinator, you will play a key leadership role in coordinating high-quality, person-centred services across Wagga Wagga, while also supporting the Albury branch. This is an exciting opportunity to bring people together, strengthen service delivery, and create meaningful outcomes for customers.
In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, guide staff, and ensure supports are delivered safely, effectively, and in line with customer needs. You will also manage staff rosters, maintain clear communication with key stakeholders, and support compliance with the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework.
You will be the trusted go-to person for customers, families, and support networks across Wagga Wagga and Albury regions, creating strong connections and keeping communication clear, warm, and consistent. No two days will look the same, and that is part of what makes this role so rewarding.
We welcome people from all backgrounds because we know that diverse experiences, abilities, languages, and cultures strengthen our team, enhance the support we provide to our customers, and make Northcott stronger.
Every day, you will have the opportunity to:
-
Build lasting relationships with customers, families, and your team, ensuring everyone feels truly heard, valued, and connected.
-
Inspire your team to tackle challenges and push boundaries, nurturing an environment where innovation and collaboration take centre stage.
-
Champion person-centred solutions, guiding your team to create tailored support that unlocks every individual’s potential.
-
Lead with heart and clarity in coaching, mentoring, and supporting your team’s growth and wellbeing.
-
Drive operational excellence by managing resources and rosters for seamless, effective support every single day.
-
Foster resilience and positivity, championing reflection and learning for continuous improvement.
If you thrive on creating meaningful outcomes for people with disability and believe strong, ethical leadership can shape how support feels, functions, and grows, this is your chance to step into a role with purpose, variety, and real impact. Bring your energy, make your mark, and help create brighter futures - one day, one relationship, and one achievement at a time!
