Turquoise is fast-paced, welcoming and all about exceptional guest experiences. From morning coffees to brunch catch-ups, every cup matters—and we are looking for someone who can confidently keep up with the pace while delivering exceptional service with a genuine smile.

You are someone who:
- Has previous experience working as a barista in a busy cafe.
- Can confidently dial in coffee, texture silky milk and create consistent latte art.
- Enjoys engaging with guests and making everyone feel welcome.
- Stays calm, organised and positive during busy services.
- Takes pride in maintaining a clean, well-presented coffee station.
- Is a team player who is always happy to jump in and help where needed.
- Weekend availability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
- A current WA RSA certificate is essential, as our venue offers bottomless brunches and alcohol service.
