Hi, we’re Eva! And we’re here to fill your home with thoughtful furniture and homewares. As a multi-award-winning B-Corp, we take our time to design and develop our one-of-a-kind products from scratch, to ensure they are accessible, reliable and thoughtful. What's the gist?
A tightly held full-time position has recently opened up and we'd love to find the perfect person to continue elevating our creative at Eva.
The Creative Manager is responsible for shaping and elevating Eva’s visual identity across all touch points. This role leads the creative direction of campaigns and product storytelling, ensuring Eva’s design standards are consistently applied and continually evolving. Working closely with marketing, product, and content teams, the Creative Manager brings Eva’s brand positioning — Thoughtful everyday — to life through bold, distinctive, and cohesive creative.
The ideal person will need to be comfortable taking a simple brief and executing it, as well as feel at home in a change-is-the-only-constant style start up & be comfortable in collaborative team environment. If this sounds like you, we'd love to chat.
Requirements
What the role looks like:
Brand & Visual Direction

Lead and evolve Eva's visual identity across all customer touch points.

Define and evolve creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, partnerships, and retail activations.

Set and maintain graphic design standards, guidelines, and systems to scale creative output while protecting brand integrity.

Art direct studio and location photoshoots, overseeing styling direction, lighting, set choices and talent where required.

Prepare creative presentations, mood boards and concept decks that communicate the vision for each campaign.
Creative Leadership

Provide direction and mentorship to designers, ensuring high-quality creative output across all projects.

Inspire innovative thinking, pushing Eva’s creative expression while keeping it aligned to business and brand goals.
Campaign & Digital Design

Oversee the development of creative assets across digital and offline channels, ensuring consistency and impact.

Translate briefs into compelling creative that resonates with Eva’s customers

Guide the execution of retouching, video editing, and asset delivery, maintaining high production standards.

Ensure the website's UX/UI reflects and reinforces Eva's brand identity, taking ownership of the visual standards that guide it.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Stay across cultural and design trends, identifying opportunities to evolve Eva’s brand expression.

Proactively research and implement industry trends, innovative techniques and AI platforms to elevate our brand identity and improve workflow efficiency

Champion process improvements to make design systems more efficient and scalable.

Actively contribute to Eva’s culture by living our values — open kitchen, own it, here to serve, and better together.
What you look like:

Superb design skills and mastery of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.

Experience in a similar role, preferably for 4+ years.

An expertise in visual storytelling, art direction, and multi-channel design

An eye for creating visually appealing content across social media, display, website design, and various other fun channels.

An understanding of the challenges and opportunities in digital marketing, and the ability to leverage them to achieve great results.

A passion for making a positive impact in the world and thriving in a dynamic startup environment.

The ability to work effectively in a small, agile team, always learning, and transforming bold ideas into actionable strategies.

Excellent project management skills to successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously.

A strong attention to detail.

Familiarity with design for print

Previous experience in e-commerce
