We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Cleaning Supervisor (Must have a HR Licence) to join our growing team.
About the Role
As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing cleaning operations, supervising staff, ensuring quality standards are met, and assisting with site coordination.
Essential Requirements
✅ Current HR (Heavy Rigid) Driver Licence – Mandatory
✅ Previous cleaning or supervisory experience
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
✅ Ability to manage and motivate a team
✅ Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
✅ Ability to work night shifts, including weekends if required
✅ Full Australian working rights
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support cleaning staff on site
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure high cleaning standards
- Coordinate daily staff rosters and workflow
- Complete site reports and compliance documentation
- Train and mentor team members
- Operate company vehicles as required (HR Licence essential)
