About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to provide Level 1–2 technical support and be the first point of contact for IT issues. You’ll troubleshoot incidents, manage tickets, support hardware/software, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast paced environment. This position is 0.4 FTE and will be required to work adjacent to weekends (with some flexibility).
In this role you will:
- Respond to IT calls, incidents and service requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1–2 technical issues
- Log and escalate tickets using best practice processes
- Assist with asset management and documentation
- Collaborate with technical teams to improve service delivery
You’ll bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in IT service desk/support
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (AD, Azure AD/Entra, M365, networking)
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, customer focused environment
- ITIL and Microsoft certifications (desirable)
