Rojone is seeking a detail‑oriented and hands‑on Process Assembler to join our production team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy practical work, working with small components, and following structured processes. You will be responsible for assembling a variety of electrical connectors and cable components with pride and accuracy.
About the Role
As a Process Assembler, you will work with your hands daily to build high‑quality communication products used across Australia and internationally. You will be assembling small connectors, cables, and components, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to follow assembly drawings and instructions.
Rojone provides on‑site training , including how to read assembly drawings, use soldering tools, and follow established manufacturing processes. This role suits someone who takes pride in producing accurate, high‑quality work and enjoys a structured, supportive environment to build quality Australian made products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble small connectors, cables, and components using hand tools and production equipment
- Follow assembly drawings, diagrams, and written instructions
- Use soldering tools, crimping tools, and other equipment safely and correctly
- Handle small parts with precision and maintain a high level of accuracy
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and workmanship standards
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily and weekly targets
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good hand‑eye coordination and comfort working with small components
- Ability to follow instructions and learn step‑by‑step processes
- Willingness to learn soldering and other assembly techniques
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment
- Positive attitude and commitment to producing high‑quality work
