The Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide clinical care, coordinate care plans, and support our care staff to deliver exceptional home care services. You will be a key contributor in ensuring our clients receive safe, high-quality, and personalised care.
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct client assessments in clients’ homes and develop individualised care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as per care plans.
- Monitor and evaluate client health, adjusting care plans as needed.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external healthcare providers.
- Provide education and guidance to clients, families, and care coordinators
- Deliver clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to staff.
- Ensure all care complies with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
What We’re Looking For:
******This position requires a high level of proficiency in Korean.******
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Experience in home care, community nursing, or aged care is highly desirable.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to speak Korean
