Explore & Develop Rhodes is a privately owned and operated service within the Rhodes Recreation Centre. The service is awaiting service approval and is on track to open in July/August this year.
With a genuine passion for working with children, you will enjoy working alongside colleagues who support and inspire one another to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care. You will be a collaborative educator who values reflective practice and contributes thoughtfully to program planning and child led, play based learning experiences.

We are currently seeking full time and casual educators to join our team.
- Certificate III, Diploma or ECT qualification (or actively working towards)
- Working with Children Check (NSW)
- Passionate about the educational development of children
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proactive and reliable with a can-do attitude
- A respectful working approach
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF & NQS
- Ongoing professional development and learning opportunities
- A supportive, experienced and onsite owner operator
- Working alongside experienced and passionate educators in a new service, you will join the foundation team and play a key role in shaping its culture and future.
