We are seeking AIN to work closely with our potential client by ensuring daily personal care responsibilities, light cleaning and administration assistance requirements are met.
Be available at least 2-3 days per week
Provide high quality customer service
Deliver care service as outlined in our AHS care plans, including assistance with activities of daily living, administration and light domestic duties
Be able to complete routine documentation such as progress notes, and assist in review of care as required
Be self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously within a team environment
Maintain effective and timely communication to the customer service manager and other team members as required
Be able to supervise medication as per scope of role
Apply Workplace, Health and Safety (WHS) principles through companies policies and procedures.

Experience working in Aged Care
Cert III/IV in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support or other equivalent.
National Police check or NDIS Worker Screening Check
First Aid Certificate
CPR Certificate
Immunisation history statement
Infection Control training certificate
Working with children check
