About the Company
The company is a Melbourne (Victoria) based NDIS provider delivering Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination, in-home and community support, and Supported Independent Living to a caseload of 50 to 100 NDIS participants (children and adults) across Melbourne's west and Gippsland.
- Location / work arrangement: Head office in Melbourne, VIC. Roles service western Melbourne and regional Victoria, with a mix of clinic, in-home/community (mobile) and telehealth delivery.
- Employment type: Part-time to begin with, with the opportunity to move to full-time.
- Salary / remuneration: $58 to $80 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
- Working hours & flexibility: Business hours with flexibility; mobile/community caseloads allow self-managed scheduling.
- Registration: Required where applicable and non-negotiable. Candidates cannot commence NDIS work without the relevant registration in place.
- New graduates: Encouraged for Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and Behaviour Support, with in-house clinical supervision and mentoring provided. The Psychologist role is not open to new graduates or provisionally registered psychologists, as we do not currently have a senior psychologist available to provide the supervision they would require.
- Supervision / mentoring: In-house clinical supervision and a supportive multidisciplinary team, with structured onboarding.
- Career progression: Genuine growth opportunities with an expanding provider, including senior/lead clinician pathways as the team grows.
- Sponsorship: Considered on a case-by-case basis.
About the candidate: Speech Pathologist
- Duties: communication and swallowing assessments, AAC implementation, therapy, communication-partner training, and NDIS reporting.
- Qualifications: recognised Speech Pathology degree; eligible for Speech Pathology Australia (CPSP) membership. Recent graduates welcome.
Pay: $58.00 – $80.00 per hour
