Job Overview:-
Lead the SC commercialisation of all NPD and product change management across the manufacturing sites.
Lead the SC commercialisation and importation of NPD from over seas PepsiCo sites.
Support the development of in house (and 3PM) aspects of the ANZ commercial calendar and the supply chain requirements to activate innovation.
Actively assessing risk across supply base and implementing plans to mitigate / minimise risk covering areas such as continuity planning and financial stability. Ensure and hold accountable co-packing partners for PepsiCo to meet PepsiCo standards and work in line with PepsiCo corporate values.
Responsibilities:
- Partners with Commercialisation and R&D to understand long term innovation pipeline across Business Breakthrough, Category Reframe and Brand Refresh.

Partners with Commercialisation, R&D and Supply Chain to develop and build manufacturing and supplier strategies.

On time in full execution of all types of innovation and change. Coordinates all supply chain cross functional personnel to ensure delivery across head offsite and manufacturing site teams.

Drive long term performance improvement across Quality, Cost (Inc. Productivity) & service for allocated projects.

Demonstrate and exercise a commitment to promote, develop and improve the health, safety and welfare of our people.

Undertake all duties in accordance with company environmental policies and procedures, and support continual improvement in environmental systems and performance as outlined in annual plans.
Qualifications:
- Must have experienced background in Operations or Manufacturing

Very strong, proven project leadership skills

Proven results at delivering large projects or significant business change

Deep operating knowledge of how to commercialise innovation

Very high level of business acumen - must be commercially and organisationally savvy and financially astute.
