Marketing Assistant (Design, Social Media & Content)
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and organised Marketing Assistant to support our marketing activities across design, social media, content creation, and general marketing administration.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with organisation and is confident working across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and design marketing materials (social media posts, flyers, digital assets, etc.)
- Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns
- Write and edit engaging content for posts, ads, and promotional materials
- Monitor social media engagement and respond where required
- Maintain and update marketing calendars and content schedules
- Assist with general marketing administration and reporting
- Support brand consistency across all marketing channels
About You
- Experience or strong interest in marketing, design, or social media
- Skilled in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Understanding of social media trends and digital marketing
- Attention to detail and creative mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable (not essential)
- Previous experience in a marketing, admin, or content creation role
- Basic knowledge of SEO or paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Photography or video editing skills
