About the opportunity
The Retail Network Planning Coordinator (South) is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and optimising our retail network across the South region. In this collaborative role, you’ll help bring plans to life, ensuring consistency across the network, sharing best practices, and identifying smarter, more efficient ways of working.
What you’ll deliver with us
Reporting to the Senior Manager Retail Network Planning, you’ll support key planning and decision-making through high-quality documentation, insightful analysis, and well-maintained schedules and registers. From network change and design briefs to leasing templates, your work will directly contribute to a strong, sustainable retail network. You’ll also help deliver accurate, timely reporting while enhancing the Australia Post brand and creating better customer experiences every day.

Contribute to creating senior management presentations, analysis, and reports for the modernisation program.

Maintain network plan and other associated schedules / registers.

Complete detailed analysis, assessments and templates to assist with changes. Prepare responses to internal and external stakeholder (eg customer, MP) queries about the network or network changes. Responses to expressions of interest.
About you
You’re highly organised, proactive, and thrive on building strong relationships across teams. You enjoy working closely with stakeholders and naturally act as a connector, keeping everyone aligned and informed. You’re confident working with data, particularly in spreadsheets, and use it to inform decisions and tell a clear story. A strong communicator, you’re comfortable drafting clear, concise documents and can articulate ideas effectively to a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders.

Demonstrated project support experience, including the ability to work on multiple tasks and to achieve deadlines.

High level interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels throughout the business.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build connections, influence outcomes, and proactively follow up to ensure information is gathered accurately and delivered on time.
