RWPsychology is a local Psychology practice serving the mental health needs of our South West Sydney community. We need a kind hearted, warm and friendly face to meet and greet our patients at our Milperra clinic.
This is a permanent part time role, with hours flexible for the right applicant.
For this position we need someone who can respect strict patient confidentiality, answer a busy phone with a smile in their voice, and juggle several things at once without missing a beat. You will be working as part of a warm, supportive administration team across our Milperra, Oran Park and Narellan clinics, so being a genuine team player matters just as much as your admin skills. Our clinicians are wonderful but busy, so we need someone who stays composed under pressure and can confidently manage competing requests.
We need someone who is a quick learner, has a good working knowledge of Medicare requirements, and is confident using computer systems, as we manage our diary and billing through Zanda, our practice management software.
Highly desirable:
Previous experience in an allied health or medical practice, or familiarity with Zanda or similar practice management software.
We have a dedicated team of clinicians who are passionate about their patients, which means they can be busy and have a lot on the go. You will need to be someone who stays calm and organised under pressure, communicates clearly, and can navigate competing priorities with confidence.
