Experienced Barista – Ranomata Cuisine, Illawong
Ranomata Cuisine is looking for an experienced and confident Barista to join our friendly team in Illawong.
We are seeking someone who can consistently produce high-quality coffee, provide excellent customer service and work efficiently during busy service periods.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing espresso-based coffees to a high standard
- Dialling in the coffee machine and adjusting the grinder
- Producing consistent milk texture and basic latte art
- Taking customer orders and processing payments
- Serving food and beverages when required
- Keeping the coffee station clean, stocked and organised
- Cleaning coffee equipment and following hygiene procedures
- Assisting the front-of-house team during busy periods
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
What we are looking for:
- Previous barista experience is essential
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and milk texturing
- Able to work quickly while maintaining quality
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Friendly and confident when dealing with customers
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Available for shifts between 6:00 am and 4:00 pm
- Weekend availability is highly regarded
- Must have the right to work in Australia
