The Opportunity
As our HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in HR, Payroll, and Safety compliance across the group. Working closely with the HR Manager and department managers, you will support business operations while driving best practices. We will fully train you in payroll, expanding your skillset into a highly sought-after, well-rounded professional.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources

Centralise and coordinate crucial HR documentation.

Assist in the development and maintenance of company policies and procedures.

Administer centralised pre-employment and recruitment services.

Oversee personnel records and leave management systems.

Prepare accurate HR reports for the management team.

Support performance evaluation and management processes.

Coordinate training bookings and associated travel.
Payroll Support

Onboard new employees into the payroll system accurately.

Compile and process fortnightly payrolls.

Learn payroll systems through our comprehensive internal training.
Safety & Compliance

Maintain high levels of safety compliance across the group.

Ensure adherence to workplace policies and standards.
What You Bring
-
Experience: Approximately 2 years in a dedicated HR coordination role.

Education: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management.

Knowledge: Sound understanding of the Fair Work Act, NES, and Modern Awards.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills to connect with all staff levels.

Licence: A valid, full driver's licence.

Police check: Ability to obtain a National Police Certificate
