The Role
Reporting to the Sous Chef, the full-time Junior Sous Chef will support the daily operations of our Staff Dining kitchen, Bara , assisting in leading a high-performing culinary team to deliver quality meals and exceptional service. The role is responsible for overseeing food production, maintaining Crown’s standards and policies, and contributing to key financial, operational, and people objectives.
About You
Experience in a large five-star organisation with exposure to high volume.
Set a leading example and inspire a team of kitchen professionals.
Collaborate effectively within a team in a face-paced environment.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Self-motivated and adaptable.
Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP
Relevant hospitality qualification in Commercial Cookery Certificate or equivalent
