As we continue to expand our Urban business into South Australia, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to help establish and grow our presence in the local land development market.
Reporting to the Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of urban development projects while helping establish BildGroup's reputation, client relationships and project delivery capability across South Australia.
How You’ll Make a Difference:
- Lead the delivery of urban development and land subdivision projects
- Manage project budgets, programs, resources and profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders
- Identify and secure future project opportunities within the South Australian market
- Establish and develop high-performing project delivery teams
- Mentor and develop Engineers and emerging Project Managers
- Drive a strong safety-first culture across all project activities
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
What You’ll Bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
- Experience delivering land development and civil construction projects
- Strong commercial and financial management capability
- Proven leadership experience managing project teams and subcontractors
- Excellent stakeholder and client relationship skills
- Ability to identify opportunities and contribute to business growth
- Strong knowledge of safety, quality and environmental requirements
