Ewastec Pty Ltd is a growing Australian owned, busy E-waste recycling company with two sites based in Seaford & Carrum Downs Vic. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our busy team.
This role offers the opportunity to join a growing team and contribute to the smooth running of a fast-paced business. The successful candidates will be working within a friendly team environment 38 hrs per week Monday to Friday.
Full training on the job will be provided. Forklift license is essential.Labour intensive role.
Your responsibilities
Reporting to the Site Supervisor your duties will include but not limited to:
- Physically accept all deliveries by hand or forklift (license holders only) ensuring safe work.
- Manually sort and process material
- Assist the receiving/dispatch clerk
- Assist and maintain efficient production for disassembly lines
- Operate or assist and maintain the use of the baler, shredder machine and/or automated processing plant
- Assist our supported workforce with manual processing duties

To be successful you are required to have
- A can do attitude
- Physically capable to manually handle heavy materials
- proven track record in adhering to OHS requirements
- Team first approach
- Current car license not essential but will be viewed favourably
- Forklift License
- The successful candidate will be required to undergo general medical assessment and a drug/alcohol screening as organized by Ewastec pre-employment.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
