Eastern Suburbs Horticulture is looking for an experienced, reliable and hardworking Gardener/Landscaper to join our team.
We've been proudly servicing Sydney's Eastern Suburbs for over 20 years, maintaining beautiful residential and commercial gardens. If you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in delivering high-quality work, we'd love to hear from you.
What's on offer?
- Full-time position
- Above award wages – $32–$38 per hour + super, depending on experience.

- Based in Bondi Junction, working across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.
General garden maintenance.
Hedging, pruning, mowing and edging.
Planting and mulching.
Soil preparation and garden bed work.
Turf preparation and laying.
Garden clean-ups and green waste removal.
Soft landscaping projects.
Pre-sale garden and property makeovers.
What we're looking for:
Minimum 12 months' experience in horticulture, gardening, landscaping or a similar garden maintenance role.
Experience using general gardening and landscaping equipment.
A current driver's licence.
Reliable, punctual and physically fit.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
