About the Role
As a Casual Sales Lead Generator, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, families, and referral partners who may benefit from our aged care services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, networking within the community, and creating opportunities for business growth.
Hours will vary based on business needs and community engagement opportunities, offering flexibility for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads for aged care services.
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and face-to-face networking.
- Develop relationships with hospitals, GP clinics, allied health providers, community organisations, and other referral sources.
- Attend community events, expos, and information sessions to promote services.
- Schedule appointments and referrals for the Business Development or Care Management team.
- Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities in the CRM system.
- Assist with marketing and community engagement initiatives.
- Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and outcomes.
About You
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, customer service, business development, or community engagement.
- Experience in aged care, disability support, healthcare, or community services is highly regarded.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident approaching and engaging with potential clients and stakeholders.
- Well-organised with the ability to work independently.
- Basic computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office.
- Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle preferred.
