We’re Looking For…
A highly organised Resales Associate who genuinely enjoys administration, supporting a busy team, and keeping things moving behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do
You’ll work closely with our Resales Professionals, helping keep the resales process running smoothly from listing through to settlement. This is an 11-month contract role split across two sites — 2 days at one community and 3 days at the other (Halcyon Waters, Hope Island and Halcyon Greens, Pimpama).
- Prepare contracts, disclosure documents and sales admin
- Coordinate listings and marketing across online platforms
- Manage CRM updates, reporting and documentation
- Track tasks, follow ups and key dates to keep the resales process moving
- Support customer appointments, and enquiries
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the resales team
About You
You’re organised, detail-driven and enjoy being the person who keeps things running smoothly. You’re looking to build your experience in property and be part of a collaborative, supportive team.
Experience & Skills That Count
- Admin, sales support or customer service experience
- High attention to detail and strong time management
- Confident using Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a bonus
- Strong communication and a proactive approach
- Exposure to property or real estate is highly regarded
