Young Academics Early Learning Centre is a leading and reputable provider with more than 45 centres across New South Wales. We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our Cambridge Park team.
About the Role
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will create meaningful learning experiences that support children's learning, development, safety and wellbeing. You will lead high-quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF, NQS and Young Academics' curriculum while mentoring educators and strengthening teaching practice.
You will work collaboratively with children, families and your team to create a safe, inclusive and engaging environment where every child can thrive.
This position is a full-time role – Monday to Friday between 6:30 am – 6:00 pm (rotating roster).
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging educational programs aligned with the EYLF, NQS and Young Academics' curriculum.
Lead reflective practice and mentor educators to strengthen teaching practice and educational outcomes.
Observe and document children's learning and development, creating experiences that promote inclusion, independence and school readiness.
Maintain active supervision and promote high standards of child safety and safeguarding.
Build positive partnerships with children, families and the wider community.
Contribute to continuous improvement and a positive, collaborative team culture.
About You
ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification (Bachelor degree or equivalent).
Current NESA Teacher Accreditation.
Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and relevant legislation.
Current NSW Employee Working with Children Check.
Current First Aid, CPR and National Mandatory Child Protection certificates.
Current Food Handler Basics Training Certificate.
A genuine commitment to child safety, inclusive practice and positive learning outcomes for children.
