Job Description
Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences for children and families? Do you enjoy bringing energy, creativity and fun to every day? NRMA South West Rocks Holiday Resort is seeking a Guest Experience Attendant to join our team and help deliver engaging activities through our Kids Club and family entertainment program.
As a Guest Experience Attendant, you'll play a key role in creating unforgettable holiday experiences for our guests. From facilitating Kids Club activities and games to supporting resort events and family entertainment, you'll help ensure every guest leaves with lasting memories.
What You'll Be Doing

Delivering fun, engaging and age-appropriate Kids Club activities

Creating positive and memorable experiences for children and families
-
Hosting games, arts and crafts, outdoor activities and special events

Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all participating children

Providing exceptional customer service to guests

Assisting with resort entertainment and guest engagement initiatives

Supporting the wider resort team when required
About You

A friendly, energetic and outgoing personality
-
Experience working with children, recreation programs, hospitality or tourism is highly desirable

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to engage confidently with children, families and guests from diverse backgrounds

Reliable, organised and able to work independently and as part of a team
-
Available to work weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods
Essential Requirements

Valid NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
-
Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Ability to work in a fast-paced guest-focused environment
