Operating across Queensland, the Northern Territory, New South Wales, South Australia and New Zealand, we design, install and maintain fire protection systems across commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects.

About the Role
This is a varied role combining Accounts Payable processing with general finance administration and reception duties, supporting the day-to-day operations of our Brisbane office and Finance team.
You will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with reconciliations and payment preparation. The role also includes answering incoming phone calls, monitoring general company email accounts and assisting with general administrative tasks such as stationery and mail.
Working in a collaborative environment, you will play an important role in ensuring day-to-day accounts payable and office administration tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:

Processing supplier invoices and accounts payable transactions
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and resolving discrepancies
- Assisting with supplier reconciliations and payment processing
- Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentation
- Responding to supplier and internal finance enquiries
- Assisting with general finance administration and reporting activities
- Contributing to continuous improvement of finance processes and systems
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Monitoring general company email accounts and directing enquiries
- Coordinating stationery and printing requirements
- Assist with general office administration and day-to-day operational support
- Supporting the Finance team with a range of administrative tasks
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in an Accounts Payable, Accounts Administration or a similar administrative role
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
- The ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
