A commercially minded Senior Analyst to join our Group Investments Data Centres team and play a key role in building and scaling Stockland’s Data Centres platform. This is a unique opportunity to work within a high growth infrastructure sector, supporting a development led and capital partnering strategy as the platform continues to evolve. You will bring a strong data centre market lens, staying close to market activity, valuations and investor sentiment, while applying deep financial modelling capability to support current and future investment decisions.
You will sit within the Group Investments Data Centres team, working closely with the Group Head of Data Centres and Investment Manager to support the delivery of Stockland’s Data Centres strategy. This role exists to provide critical financial, market and transaction support as the platform continues to grow and establish its presence.
- Lead and refine financial modelling across development feasibility, valuation and capital structuring, preparing outputs to support investment decisions and engagement with capital partners
- Monitor market activity including transactions, pricing and investor trends to inform strategy and ensure a strong view on comparables across investments
- Support capital partnering, acquisitions and transaction execution, including due diligence and preparation of investment and governance materials
- Contribute across a broad and evolving pipeline, working with internal teams and external partners to support disciplined, development led growth

Experience & Skills That Count
- Experience in investment banking, corporate finance, real assets, infrastructure, funds management or a related advisory environment, ideally with exposure to data centres or other capital-intensive sectors
- Advanced financial modelling capability, including feasibility analysis, valuation, sensitivities and investment decision support
- Strong commercial judgement with the ability to interpret market activity, assess comparables and connect sector insights to investment outcomes
- Exposure to capital raising, debt or equity processes, due diligence and transaction execution in complex multi stakeholder environments
- Tertiary qualifications in finance, economics, commerce or a related discipline with a strong quantitative focus
- Curious, commercial and proactive, with a strong interest in market dynamics and strategic growth opportunities
- Comfortable operating in a fast paced, evolving environment where you can step beyond your lane and add value across multiple workstreams
- Collaborative and grounded, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders, external partners and advisers in a thoughtful and credible way
