What You'll Be Doing
As a Shift Supervisor, you'll support the Store Manager with the day-to-day operation of the store while leading your team to deliver outstanding results.
You'll:

Lead shifts with confidence, energy and a positive attitude.

Create an exceptional experience for every guest, every visit.

Coach, support and develop your fellow Baskineers.

Ensure our products are prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards.

Maintain outstanding cleanliness, food safety and operational standards.

Support stock management, ordering and inventory control.

Help deliver local and national marketing promotions.

Contribute to achieving sales, labour and cost targets.

Foster a culture built on teamwork, respect and accountability.
