About the Role
As the face of our business, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming enquiries, and supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Manage emails and general office correspondence
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Prepare documents, reports, and spreadsheets
- General administrative and office support duties
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
- Assist management with various administrative tasks
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and schedules with clients
Essential Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Strong knowledge of the NSW area
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Strong computer skills and technology literacy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and professional presentation
Desirable Skills
- Previous reception, administration, customer service, or office experience
- Experience with CRM systems and database management
- Experience in property, construction, maintenance, or service-based industries
Pay: $26.44 per hour
