The Role:
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our operation. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive a warm welcome and outstanding service as soon as they walk through the door or call on the phone. This position is perfect for a veterinary nurse looking to transition off the clinic floor or a receptionist with strong veterinary knowledge who wants to put that expertise to work in a front-line, client-focused role.

Experience in a veterinary clinic is highly preferred, whether as a nurse or in a receptionist role.
