The employers we represent are leaders in the agricultural industry, with operations ranging from prestigious, multi-generational family farming businesses to advanced corporate feedlot installations. These enterprises have made significant investments in cutting-edge infrastructure—including undercover processing facilities, EID tracking systems, and optimised laneway layouts.

These opportunities provide comprehensive remuneration packages that are negotiated based on your specific level of experience, technical expertise, and leadership capabilities. Each position includes a well-maintained, comfortable accommodation package—often situated on-farm or within close reach of vibrant local communities—alongside essential utilities to ensure your settling-in period is as seamless as possible.
Furthermore, depending on the specific operation, you may also benefit from additional perks such as work vehicles, performance-based bonuses, and access to local services, schooling, and recreational facilities that contribute to a fulfilling lifestyle outside of work hours.
