Barista & All-Rounder (Full-Time / Part-Time / Casual)

We're looking for a couple of experienced baristas & all-rounders to join our friendly team at Miss Frank. We're a busy neighbourhood café with a strong community feel and a loyal base of regular customers, so we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality—not just making great coffee.

About the Role
As a Barista & All-Rounder, you'll be responsible for delivering consistently excellent coffee while helping create a welcoming experience for every customer. No two days are the same—you'll spend time behind the machine, supporting the floor, and working closely with the team to keep service running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years' specialty coffee experience
- Confident working solo on the coffee machine when required
- Comfortable working alongside a team of other baristas
- Strong understanding of espresso extraction, milk texturing, workflow and consistency
- Happy to jump off the machine to run coffees, clear tables, or assist wherever needed
- A bright, friendly personality with excellent customer service skills
- Someone who enjoys getting to know regular customers and making them feel at home
- Reliable, organised and able to remain calm under pressure
- A genuine team player who is willing to help wherever required
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality espresso-based coffee to a consistently high standard
- Dial in coffee and maintain quality throughout the day
- Work efficiently during busy service while maintaining attention to detail
- Help deliver food and drinks to tables when required
- Provide warm, genuine customer service and engage with our regular customers
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Keep the café clean, organised and well presented
- Support your teammates to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Pay: $26.44 – $48.60 per hour
