The Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) is a Registered Nurse who provides strong clinical leadership while upholding high standards of practice within the General Ward and Emergency Department at Thursday Island Hospital, ensuring care aligns with the TCHHS Safety & Quality framework. Working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager, the CNC supports the effective use of resources and plays a key leadership role across both nursing and the broader multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and excellence in patient care.
