We’re looking for a Project Manager who takes full ownership of project delivery - from planning through to completion - across New South Wales.

This role is responsible for delivering playground and outdoor fitness installations across NSW, managing projects from planning through to completion.
You will manage multiple construction and installation projects, working remotely with frequent site travel. You’ll be trusted to make decisions, manage risk, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
You’ll work closely with subcontractors, clients, councils, and internal teams to keep sites moving and projects on track.
Further, your responsibilities encompass:
Manage end-to-end delivery of installation projects across NSW
Coordinate subcontractors and site-based teams
Enforce WHS compliance and site safety standards
Manage schedules, budgets, and project performance
Track budgets, timelines, and project performance
Identify and resolve issues early to avoid delays and rework
Liaise with councils, clients, and stakeholders
Drive quality outcomes and strong project handovers
This is a Sydney‑based role with remote working. Frequent travel to metro and regional project sites is required.
You are someone who has personally delivered projects and understands what it takes to keep sites moving.
You will bring:
Experience in construction, civil, landscaping, or installation project management
Strong working knowledge of WHS requirements
Proven ability to manage subcontractors and hold them accountable
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong decision-making and problem-solving capability
