We're currently looking for a Front of House Salesperson / Spare Parts Assistant to join our team at the Latrobe St, Delacombe store.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers with sales and product advice
- Identify and sell spare parts across a range of machinery
- Assist walk in customers with basic mechanical questions
- Book in repairs and manage pick-up/drop-off of customer equipment
- Handle incoming phone and online enquiries
- Manage parts inventory and improve stock processes
- Use multiple computer systems efficiently
- Work alongside a team of counter staff and mechanics
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A friendly, well-mannered attitude and strong communication skills
- Solid understanding of outdoor power equipment: chainsaws, zero-turn mowers, handheld petrol gear, ag machinery, etc.
- Strong computer skills – you must be confident working across multiple systems
- A keen eye for detail, particularly when sourcing parts and managing stock
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Industry experience is preferred but not essential

- For the right candidate I would consider a 4 day a week employee if they were available for the Saturday morning shift in addition to the 4 days a week.

Pay: $27.00 – $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week - not including rostered Saturday morning.
