About the Role
Working closely with the Bid Manager and a wide range of stakeholders, you will coordinate and contribute to the end-to-end bid process, ensuring submissions are accurate, engaging and delivered on time. Duties include –

Support the coordination and delivering of tender submissions, EOIs and proposals

Assist Bid Managers with planning, scheduling and tracking bid activities

Prepare response templates, standard content and submission documentation

Coordinate stakeholder inputs, workshops and meetings (including minutes and actions)

Produce high quality bid documents, presentations and visual materials
-
Manage document control, versioning and SharePoint bid sites

Maintain and update the bid content library and supporting documents
-
Assist in preparing gate approvals and submission sign off documentation

Stretch your capabilities in managing smaller, less complex tenders end-to-end and expressions of interest where required
Required Skills and Experience
You are highly organised, collaborative and thrive in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment. You take pride in producing high quality outputs and enjoy working with both content and visuals to tell a compelling story.

Experience in bid coordination, tendering or similar

Strong understanding of tendering processes and submission requirements

Advanced Microsoft Office skills (particularly Word and PowerPoint)

Attention to detail and excellent proofreading and formatting ability
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines

Highly regarded – Adobe creative suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
