The Warehouse Clerk – Raw Materials Receiving & Inventory Control is responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, control, and maintenance of raw materials and consumables. This role supports production operations by ensuring materials are correctly receipted, fully traceable, within shelf-life, and stored in accordance with site procedures, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Essential
- Demonstrated experience in warehouse or stores operations, preferably within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- High attention to detail, particularly in relation to batch, lot, and expiry control.
- Competence in inventory and receipting systems (e.g., SAP, ERP systems, Excel).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet operational deadlines.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role, including manual handling and lifting items weighing up to 25kg.
Desirable
- Experience in food manufacturing and GMP-regulated environments.
- Current LF forklift licence or willingness to obtain.
- Familiarity with QA hold, quarantine, and traceability processes.
- Experience using SAP is preferred
- Experience with cycle counting and inventory control in an ERP environment.
