In this role, you'll:
- Provide workplace relations advice, research and analysis to support the effective delivery of workforce relations strategies across the Transport cluster.
- Partner with divisional stakeholders to support the implementation of Industrial Relations (IR) initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and compliance with legislative and industrial frameworks.
- Assist in developing workforce management policies, tools, and materials, and support their implementation to strengthen consistency and compliance across the organisation.
- Support research and data analysis activities, including preparing responses for industrial matters such as tribunal proceedings, union engagement, consultation processes, and change initiatives.
- Analyse workforce and IR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, contributing to recommendations and intervention strategies that minimise workplace disputation and improve workforce outcomes.
- Assist in preparing briefing notes, submissions, and other documentation, ensuring accurate and consistent information is provided to support decision-making.
- Contribute to maintaining systems and resources that provide accessible, up-to-date workforce management policies and IR materials for stakeholders.

About you
You are a proactive and detail-oriented workplace relations or HR professional with experience supporting workforce or Industrial Relations initiatives in a complex organisation.
You bring strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data to identify insights, trends, and risks. You are confident preparing research and documentation to support industrial matters and workforce planning activities.
You have well-developed stakeholder engagement skills and can build effective relationships across a diverse organisation, balancing competing priorities and perspectives.
You are organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. You’re keen to build your expertise in workforce relations and contribute to meaningful organisational outcomes.
