What you'll be doing
As a Registered Midwife, you'll provide high-quality, evidence-based, woman-centred care throughout the maternity journey while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve the best possible outcomes for women, babies and their families.
In your role you will be responsible for:
Delivering safe, compassionate and individualised midwifery care across a range of clinical settings.
Assessing, monitoring and responding to changing clinical needs while coordinating appropriate referrals and escalating care when required.
Partnering with women, families and carers to support informed decision-making and positive birth experiences.
Supervising, mentoring and supporting students and colleagues while contributing to a positive team culture.
Effectively managing clinical priorities and resources while maintaining professional standards, cultural respect and quality care.
