Details: The Director, Assets Management leads a high-performing team responsible for the strategic management, planning and delivery of waste infrastructure and asset management programs. The role provides visible leadership, fostering a culture of respect, collaboration, safety, accountability and continuous improvement, while developing team capability and driving performance. Responsible for asset lifecycle management, infrastructure planning, procurement and contract management, the Director works across government, industry and community stakeholders to deliver complex infrastructure projects and customer-focused outcomes. The role applies strategic thinking, sound judgement and strong governance practices to manage risk, resources and stakeholder relationships, ensuring sustainable and efficient waste management services for the community.
