The Opportunity
The Load Out team is responsible for packing freshly baked products for delivery to our customers. This is a physically demanding role that involves frequent pushing and manoeuvring of loaded bakery racks, as well as the safe use of pallet jacks to move pallets and products throughout the dispatch area ready for delivery vehicles. You will maintain accuracy and efficiency while ensuring all items are packaged correctly and consistently meet the high-quality standards that Vili's is known for. The position also requires strict adherence to Food Safety requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safe manual handling procedures.
