We’re seeking a Key Account Specialist - Service Contracts to join our Service division, supporting the growth of the business across our medical portfolio’s.
Reporting to the Head of After Sales Solutions, this role is focused on engaging existing customers, identifying service needs, and driving the execution of service contract agreements. You will play a key role in maintaining and expanding our Master Service Agreements (MSAs), while building strong, long-term customer relationships.
This is a high-activity, commercially focused role suited to someone who enjoys working towards targets, engaging customers over the phone, and contributing directly to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new service contract opportunities through proactive customer engagement and follow-up of existing agreements
- Manage and reconcile equipment fleets within Master Service Agreements to identify renewal and upsell opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities through Salesforce CRM
- Achieve daily call targets and drive proposals through to contract execution
- Prepare and present tailored service contract proposals based on customer needs
- Support the end-to-end contract process, including quotes, purchase orders and documentation
- Monitor and follow up on renewable service contracts with a focus on timely execution
- Interpret service and repair data to support customer conversations and value propositions
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Operations and Finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate contract and customer data, including updates within SAP systems

What we are looking for:
You will consider yourself to be customer-focused, commercially driven and confident in building relationships, with:
- Experience in sales, internal sales or account management
- Preferably, experience within medical devices, healthcare or a related industry
- Exposure to SAP or similar systems
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or a related field
- Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging customers over the phone
- A proven ability to work towards targets and manage a sales pipeline
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
