Archer International Education is currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to join our growing education and student services team in Sydney, New South Wales.
Archer International Education is an education support and student services business focused on assisting students through administrative coordination, enrolment support, education operations, and compliance-related processes within the international education sector. The business operates within a fast-paced office environment requiring strong organisational capability, administrative leadership, operational coordination, and regulatory compliance management.
We are currently seeking a motivated Office Manager to oversee and coordinate office operations, administrative systems, staff workflows, and operational processes to support the efficient delivery of education administration and office services.
Position Details

- Salary: AUD 77,000– AUD 82,000 per annum plus superannuation
- Hours: Minimum 38 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Organising and overseeing the daily administrative and operational functions of the office to ensure efficient workflow management and service delivery
- Developing, implementing, reviewing, and maintaining office administrative systems, procedures, and operational standards
- Coordinating office operations, workflow priorities, staff scheduling, and administrative resources to support business operations
- Supervising administrative personnel, allocating duties, monitoring workflow performance, and supporting day-to-day operational requirements
- Managing office records, databases, filing systems, operational documentation, and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Liaising with students, education agents, trainers, service providers, and external stakeholders regarding operational and administrative matters
- Coordinating enrolment administration processes, scheduling activities, document management, and operational support functions
- Monitoring office supplies, equipment, systems, and administrative resources to ensure continuous operational efficiency
- Assisting management with operational reporting, administrative planning, workflow coordination, and process improvement initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with workplace policies, organisational procedures, and relevant regulatory and administrative requirements
- Supporting customer service standards and maintaining professional communication across all administrative and operational activities
- Assisting with the coordination of internal administrative processes to support efficient office and business operations
Skills & Experience Required
- Relevant qualification in Business, Leadership and Management, Administration, or related field preferred
- AQF Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or at least two years of relevant industry experience
- Previous experience in office management, administration coordination, education administration, or operational support environments preferred
- Strong organisational, administrative, and workflow management skills
- Ability to supervise staff and coordinate office operations within a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, stakeholder liaison, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage records, documentation, and compliance-related administrative processes
- Professional presentation, reliability, and strong work ethic
